Coaching is a skill, not a job. Siphonofor's coaching programs focus on providing an equitable partnership between the program coach and the client: the coach should not give more than the client is willing to accept, and the coach should not be receiving more from a client than the coach is willing to give. Siphonofor offers coaching progams that serve a variety of needs and groups.

Siphonfor is committed to high-quality, attentive, intentional and personal interactions with each client. Therefore, each coach takes on a limited number of new private coaching clients per year.
